Nevada County Media Now Accepting Collaboration & Community Support Requests

Deadline: February 26, 2026 at 5:00 PM

Each year, Nevada County Media (NCM) expands what we do for our community. While our funds may be limited, our hearts and our commitment to local nonprofits and community groups — are plentiful.

NCM is always seeking opportunities to collaborate and to provide free or low-cost support to organizations who are working to make a positive impact in Nevada County. Each year, we invite the community to submit requests for our services and partnerships for the upcoming year. This allows us to plan accordingly.

We are currently accepting proposals for support, which may include (but are not limited to):

  • Use of space for meetings or events

  • Media services for a specific project or campaign

  • Video production, promotion, or technical assistance

  • Collaborative programming or outreach ideas

Some requests are selected for free support, while others may be approved at a reduced cost, depending on scope and available resources. This annual process also allows us to review collaboration requests that may have come in throughout the year that we may not have been able to do at the moment but work them into our lineup for future support. This process allows us to thoughtfully plan how we can serve — without compromising our existing community commitments.

🗓 Important Dates

  • Submission Deadline: February 26, 2026 by 5:00 PM

  • Review Period: February-March

  • Response Goal: We aim to review every request and follow up with each applicant with next steps or alternative solutions when possible.

📝 How to Apply

Please submit a one-page request that includes:

  • A brief description of your organization

  • What kind of help or collaboration you are requesting

  • How this support would benefit the community

Email submissions to:
📧 stationmanager@nevadacountytv.org

We look forward to hearing from you and exploring how we might work together to serve our community in the coming year.
