Studio A is our large studio that is perfect for photography, VFX, or music video creation. The room has a large lit greenscreen but does require additional floor lightly for talent. This studio does not come with any NCM equipment. It has a roll up door for easy load-in & out.
Studio B is our small video & audio studio. It is eqipped with a small greenscreen for two people, fixed lighting, a single 4K camera, and audio recording equipment. Lighting in this space is fixed.
Studio C is only available with NCM collaboration.
Studio D is our modular studio that can be configured however you wish. It has several pre-hung lighting and backdrops. It is also equipped with several 1080 cameras and plenty of additional floor lighting. This studio can be used for both audio & video projects.

Rental use is by the hour (from time of arrival to departure)
The facility is available 7 days a week for rental
Rental price is $75hr
Become a NCM Supporter to receive a discount on per hour use
Use can be for commercial and private projects, as well as those shared with NCM
NCM has right of refusal for use that is deemed inappropriate for the use of our community space
Failure to not show up for a booking may result in being billed for 2 hours of use (unless a 24 hour notice is given)
Use is open to all ages. Individuals under 14 must be accompanied by an adult or sibling 14 or over
This deposit holds your booking and will be applied to the total bill
