Meet us in front of the Del Oro at 6pm on June 6th, 13th, 20th, & 27th for a fun scavenger hunt style challenge. Bring your camera and talent and sound guy if you have one, otherwise we recommend using a shotgun mic. If you do not have either, come with your cell phone ready to get creative. We will meet up at 6pm to go over any questions. The prompts are below.

NCM will have a group release form for you to use if needed. Arrive early, parking will be interesting.

This is open to everyone, NCM membership not required

Once you get all your shots, condense them down to your best and get them over to NCM. We will be creating something special with all of your cinematography. Remember to film LANDSCAPE

This weeks challenge can either be you recording yourself, or bring along someone that will be your on-camera subject

     June 6th - Engage the Audience

• Do a creative introduction to today’s video

• Perform a song with a stranger - 50 points

• Point at nothing and get passerby to look at it - 50 points 

• Become a statue, startle a passerby -  50 points

• Serenade a Stranger - 50 points

• Do a commentary in front of a vendor stand - 50 points 

• Perform your best dance moves - 50 points

• Bonus for getting stranger to join in 50 points

• Get a stranger to recite a poem - 50 points 

• Bonus if you make up your own poem and strangers stop to listen - 50 points 

• Ask three strangers what a Red Flag Warning is - 50 points

• Asking a vendor how to cook a particular vegetable dish - 50 points

• Explain the game of chess all wrong (to see if a stranger will chime in) - 50 points

• Give a person directions all wrong (to see if a stranger will chime in) - 50 points

• Ask a musician to play freebird - 50 points

• Wearing your earbuds quietly sing a catchy well known song - 50 points

• Bonus points if you can get a stranger to sing along with you - 50 points

• Exercise and get a stranger to join you - 50 points
