DIY Studio Use

NCM has made it easy for you to walk in and create both community or private projects.

Studio A is our large studio that can be used for photography, workshops, gatherings, meetings, screenings (any size up to 100), and production (that does not require the use of NCM equipment). This studio is equipped with a green screen, some lighting, sound system, projector, screen, a stage, tables and chairs. The studio has a maximum attendance of 100.

Studio B is our small production studio that can be used for photography, workshops & small gatherings (less than 10 people), zoom meetings, and production. It is equipped with a greenscreen, a camera, teleprompter, and audio equipment. This studio can be used for video, audio, zoom sessions, and small workshops. Some equipment in this studio can not be moved.

Our Lounge is a comfortable “livingroom style” environment, perfect for small gatherings. The lounge can be used for small meetings or as an entry spot for your events. It has restrooms and a small non commercial kitchen area.

• $35hr* - Use during business hours (M-Thur 10-4)

• $65hr* - Use after business hours (Any day)

Individuals must be certified on the equipment prior to booking. Only those certified can operate equipment. Staff is on site to help answer questions and troubleshoot but will NOT help with DIY projects (unless hired). NCM has right of refusal if projects are deemed inappropriate for the use of our community space. Failure to not show up for a booking may result in being billed for 2 hours of use (unless a 24 hour notice is given).

NCM Collaboration

Series Collaboration - NCM makes it easy and affordable to help you produce a quality video or audio series. Projects are pitched to the NCM team and a series contract is created based on the project’s needs. The contract is for 12 episodes and can extend longer than 12 months if requested. We work closely with you to achieve the desired outcome for these.

These do have specific requirements they must meet in order for our team to take them on. See below for hiring NCM for private projects that exceed these requirements.

Episodes can be no longer than 25 minutes in run time and must be done here in the NCM studio during our business hours. Working with you, These are done as “live edited” shows. These must be non-commercial programs, shared with NCM for distribution. For more information, meet with our staff.

• $65 per episode - One Camera Live Edit Video: Talk show or Informational Project

• $75 per episode - Two Camera Live Edit Video: Talk show or tutorial Project

• $85 per episode - Audio Only Podcast or Narrative Projects (prices may vary depending upon complexity)

Performance Recordings - NCM makes it easy to get a professional recorded performance done for music, plays, comedy acts, etc. This 4 hour block of time covers set-up, time for the performance, the tear down and crew to record a multi-camera live edited performance.

Live editing and recording are at the discretion of NCM. The final video and all content is made available to you shortly after the performance. You will need to provide a USB drive for us to do this. .NCM can include your performance in our distribution at no charge if you wish. This includes cable and YouTube.

The studio has a maximum attendance of 100 (seated or standing). Performers handle their ticket sales and check-in. The contracted entity is financially responsible for covering the NCM costs and any damages to the premises, as well as outside licensing fees (if any).

• $400* - Use and crew during or after hours. (4 hours)

Add on items:

• $150 - Professional Audio Engineer for music performers (3 hours)

• $50 - Streaming if desired

Hire Our Team

If what you need doesn’t fit into any of the above, NCM offers affordable services. We can be hired for a variety of projects in or out of the studio, which include recording, editing & teaching.

• $75hr* - This covers help with community, private, and commercial projects that do not fit in the collaboration options. It also includes our news team to cover events. Any hours. This price is per staff member needed. Some projects may require a quote.

• $250hr* - This covers the price for help with your field projects that require our multi-camera live streaming and recording mobile truck. This Includes 2 staff members. Power and the internet must be available, in addition to a flat close proximity to the action to park the truck. Any hours.

Consultation Services - Do you need video or audio advice with equipment purchases? How about help with budgeting for a creative project? If so, give us a shout and schedule a one hour consultation.
