DIY Studio Use - NCM Members Only

NCM has made it easy for members to walk in and create a variety of projects. Studio A can be used by photographers during or after hours. They must do all set-up for the space and has easy load-in. Studio B is our small video/audio creation studio that is equipped with a greenscreen, a camera and several audio options. This studio is best used with another member or hiring the NCM team to run the equipment. This ensures you are getting the best product possible. Studio B can be used for both video and audio projects. Some equipment in this studio can not be moved. Content created can be community, private or commercial.

• $25hr - Studio A - Photographer use during business hours (M-Thur 10-4)

• $45hr - Studio B - Use during business hours (M-Thur 10-4)

• $75hr - Studio B - Use after business hours (Any day)

Members must be certified prior to booking. ONLY NCM members can operate equipment. Staff is on site to help answer questions and troubleshoot but will NOT help with DIY projects (unless hired). NCM has right of refusal if projects are deemed inappropriate for use of our community space. Failure to not show up for a booking may result in being billed for 2 hours of use (unless a 24 hour notice is given).

Meetings, Screenings & Workshops - NCM Members Only

NCM has made it easy and affordable for NCM members to walk in and get everything they need.  Our space is equipped with several meeting room options, a stage, lighting, seating for up to 80, several large screens, projectors, and more. NCM will help you get the A/V and your event up and running, as well as set up the chairs and or tables if needed. You will be responsible for putting them away. Individuals can charge for their events if they wish, but they must handle the transactions. Recording services are available for an additional fee. No outside recording equipment is permitted. Prices are subject to change. Security and Insurance may be required. Outside food is permitted.

• $25hr - Use during business hours (M-Thur 10-4) for classes or small meetings of 25 or less

• $45hr - Use after business hours for classes or small meetings of 25 or less

• $75hr - Use any hours, any day (up to 80)

• $10hr & Up - Add on recording and or streaming services.

NCM Collaboration

Series Collaboration - NCM makes it easy and affordable to help you produce a quality video or audio series. NCM membership is NOT required for our help on series collaborations. Projects are pitched to the NCM team and a series contract is created based on the project’s needs. This contract is for 12 episodes. It can extend longer and produce additional episodes.

We work closely with you to achieve the desired outcome for these. These do have specific requirements they must meet in order for our team to take them on. See below for hiring NCM for private projects that exceed these requirements.

Production and post-production are at the discretion of the NCM team. Episodes can be no longer than 25 minutes in run time, can be up to two people on camera/mic, and must be done here in the NCM studio during our business hours. Working with you, NCMwill be determine if these are done as “live edited” or captured and edited shows. These must be non-commercial programs, shared with NCM for distribution. • $65 per episode - One Camera: Talk show or Informational

• $75 per episode - Two Camera: Talk show or tutorial

• $85 per episode - Three Camera: Talk show, Tutorial, Performance, or Podcast

Event Recording for Town Hall & Discussion Collaboration - NCM makes it easy and affordable to bring people together, while creating content for those not able to attend. Collaborate with NCM to create a variety of community based events. NCM membership is NOT required. Pricing is for a 3 hour block of time that covers the set-up, event, and recording of the event. NCM will set-up tables/chairs, you are asked to stack them at the end of the event.

The studio has a maximum attendance of 80. Crew is provided for this multi-camera live edited recording. Streaming is available upon request for an additional fee of $75. No outside recording equipment is allowed. Content must be shared with NCM for distribution.

The producer of the event can set a ticket price and handle the collection if desired. The contracted entity is financially responsible for covering the NCM costs and any damages to the premises, as well as outside licensing fees (if any). For more information, meet with our staff.

$150 - Use during or after business hours. 3 hour block of time

Performance Recordings - NCM makes it easy to get a professional recorded performance done for music, plays, comedy acts, etc. Our 4 hour block of time covers set-up, the performance, and the tear down. Crew and staff are provided to do a multi-camera live edited performance. This includes camera people, Technical Deirector (editor), and a professional sound engineer. No outside recording equipment is allowed.

Live editing and recording are at the discretion of NCM. The final video is made available to you via a digital transfer. Performers wishing to receive all of the raw footage MUST bring a USB drive at the time of the recording. NCM can include distribution at no charge if you wish. This includes cable, YouTube. NCM can also include live streaming for a small additional fee of $75.

The studio has a maximum attendance of 80 (seated or standing). Performers can sell tickets if they wish. They must handle the collection. No alcohol is permitted. The contracted entity is financially responsible for covering the NCM costs and any damages to the premises, as well as outside licensing fees (if any).

Other

Media Creation Package - Do you want to be a part of the process? create a variety of stuff? or need help learning?

If so, this package is for you. It is simple. This program requires a contract. The hours are based on what you need done, and how often you wish to be here. It can be a few hours a week to once a month. We can help you create or learn whatever you wish. This is exclusive for content created in Studio B and or an edit room. Projects can be community based, commercial, or private. This could also be used for one-on-one teaching sessions. NCM membership not required.

Consultation Services - Do you need video or audio advice with equipment purchases? How about help with budgeting for a creative project? If so, give us a shout and schedule a one hour consultation. Membership not required.

• $25hr - During business hours (M-Thur 10-4)

Hire our Team - If what you need doesn’t fit into any of the above, NCM offers affordable services. We can be hired for projects in or out of the studio. Membership is not required to hire us but prices are reduced if you are.

• $75hr NCM Member - This covers the price for help with community, private, and commercial projects that do not fit in the collaboration options. Any hours. This price is per staff member needed. Request a quote.

• $150hr Non Member - This covers the price for help with community, private, and commercial projects that do not fit in the collaboration options. Any hours. This price is per staff member needed. Request a quote.

• $200hr NCM Member - This covers the price for help with your field projects that require multi-camera live streaming and recording. This uses our production truck. Includes 1 staff member to operate the equipment. Power and the internet must be available. Any hours.

• $250hr Non Member - This covers the price for help with your field projects that require multi-camera live streaming and recording. This uses our production truck. Includes 1 staff member to operate the equipment. Power and the internet must be available. Any hours.
