Studio B or Edit Room for DIY Use

NCM has made it easy for members to walk in and create a variety of projects. Studio B is equipped with a greenscreen, a camera and several audio options. This studio is best used with another member or the NCM team (to run the equipment). This ensures you are getting the best product possible. Studio B can be used for both video and audio projects. Some equipment in this studio can not be moved. Content created can be community, private or commercial.

• $25hr NCM member only - Shared NCM Distribution. Use during business hours (M-Thur 10-4)

• $45hr NCM member only - Shared NCM Distribution. Use after business hours

• $75hr NCM member only - No NCM Distribution. Use during or after business hours, any day.

For DIY shared use, member must upload their project to NCM before they can book again. Members must be certified prior to booking. ONLY NCM members can operate equipment. Crew is NOT provided for DIY projects. Content must follow compliant content guidelines if being distributed by NCM. Exclusive or shared projects that are being distributed by NCM are vetted prior to use. NCM has the right to refuse projects that do not meet the guidelines. NCM distributes content to cable and the internet. Creators can link to all NCM exclusive material. Ask us about our volunteer swap program to waive or reduce the fees for use. This is only available for projects that are shared with NCM.

Studio A for Meetings, Screenings, Workshops and Classes

NCM has made it easy and affordable for individuals to walk in and get everything you need.  Studio A is equipped with a stage, lighting, Seating for up to 100, several large screens, projectors, and more. NCM will help you get the A/V and your event up and running, as well as set up the chairs and or tables. You will be responsible for putting them away. Individuals can charge for their events if they wish, but they must handle the transactions. Recording services are available for an additional fee. No outside recording equipment is permitted. Prices are subject to change. Security and Insurance may be required. Outside food is permitted.

• Free - Use is free if the group/individual is actively working on a fundraiser for NCM. These can be monthly meetings if needed

• $25hr NCM member only price - Use during business hours (M-Thur 10-4) for photographers and small meetings (25 or less)

• $45hr NCM member only price - Use during or after business hours for photographers and small meetings (25 or less)

• $75hr NCM member only price - Use any hours, any day (up to 100)

• $10hr & Up - Add on recording and or streaming services.

NCM Collaboration

Series Collaboration - NCM makes it easy and affordable to help you produce a quality video or audio series. NCM membership is NOT required for our help on series collaborations. Projects are pitched to the NCM team and a series contract is created based on the project’s needs. This contract is for 12 episodes. It can extend longer and produce additional episodes.

We work closely with you to achieve the desired outcome for these. These do have specific requirements they must meet in order for our team to take them on. See below for hiring NCM for private projects that exceed these requirements.

Production and post-production are at the discretion of the NCM team. Episodes can be no longer than 25 minutes in run time, can be up to two people on camera/mic, and must be done here in the NCM studio during our business hours. These must be non-commercial programs, shared with NCM for distribution. For more information, meet with our staff.

• $65 NCM Member per episode - One Camera: Talk show or Informational

• $75 NCM Member per episode - Two Camera: Talk show or tutorial

• $85 NCM Member per episode - Three Camera: Talk show, Tutorial, Performance, or Podcast

• $130 Non Member per episode - One Camera: Talk show or Informational

• $150 Non Member per episode - Two Camera: Talk show or tutorial

• $170 Non Member per episode - Three Camera: Talk show, Tutorial, Performance, or Podcast

Event Recording for Town Hall & Discussion Collaboration - NCM makes it easy and affordable to bring people together, while creating content for those not able to attend. Collaborate with NCM to create a variety of community based events. NCM membership is NOT required. Pricing is for a 3 hour block of time and covers set-up, the event, and recording of the event. No outside recording equipment is allowed. Content must be distributed by NCM.

The studio has a maximum attendance of 100. Crew is provided for this multi-camera live edited recording. Streaming is available upon request for an additional fee. Projects are pitched to the NCM team and an event contract is created. Projects are designed to produce a quick turn-around. Content will be placed on the NCM channels. The producer of the event can set a ticket price and handle the collection if desired. The contracted entity is financially responsible for covering the NCM costs and any damages to the premises, as well as outside licensing fees (if any).See below for hiring NCM for private or projects that exceed these requirements. • $300 Non Member - Shared NCM Distribution. Use during or after business hours

Performance Collaboration - NCM makes it easy to put together events such as music performances, plays, comedy acts, etc. Our 4 hour block of time covers set-up, the performance (recording of the performance), tear down, and some marketing (placed on the NCM website calendar). Crew and staff are provided for this multi-camera live edited performance. Editing and distribution is at the discretion of NCM. Distribution may include cable, YouTube, Vimeo, and various pay per view channels. The final video is also made available for the performers to use how they wish. Performers wishing the raw footage MUST bring a USB drive at the time of the recording. No outside recording equipment is allowed.

The studio has a maximum attendance of 100 (seated or standing). Streaming and editing services are available for an additional fee upon request. The performers can set a ticket price and handle the collection. The contracted entity is financially responsible for covering the NCM costs and any damages to the premises, as well as outside licensing fees (if any).

Other

Media Package - Do you want to be a part of the process? and create a variety of stuff? If so, this package is for you. It is simple. You will sign an six month contract that will have you here for the same number of hours, on the same day and time each month. We help you create what you have defined in the contract. This is exclusive for content created in Studio B and or an edit room. Projects can be community based, commercial, or private. This could also be used for one-on-one teaching sessions.

• $65hr NCM Member - This Media Package is only available during the NCM business hours, and only to NCM members.

• $130hr Non Member - This Media Package is only available during the NCM business hours, and only to NCM members.

Consultation Services - Do you need video or audio advice with equipment purchases? How about help with budgeting for a creative project? If so, give us a shout and schedule a one hour consultation. Membership not required.

• $25hr - During business hours (M-Thur 10-4)

• $45hr - After business hours

Hire our Team - If what you need doesn’t fit into any of the above, NCM offers affordable services. We can be hired for projects in or out of the studio. Membership is not required to hire us but prices are reduced if you are.

• $75hr NCM Member - This covers the price for help with community, private, and commercial projects that do not fit in the collaboration options. Any hours. This price is per staff member needed. Request a quote.

• $150hr Non Member - This covers the price for help with community, private, and commercial projects that do not fit in the collaboration options. Any hours. This price is per staff member needed. Request a quote.

• $200hr NCM Member - This covers the price for help with your field projects that require multi-camera live streaming and recording. This uses our production truck. Includes 1 staff member to operate the equipment. Power and the internet must be available. Any hours.

• $250hr Non Member - This covers the price for help with your field projects that require multi-camera live streaming and recording. This uses our production truck. Includes 1 staff member to operate the equipment. Power and the internet must be available. Any hours.
